Hmmm... I've been asked by several if I would be willing to do a tutorial on how to draw my style.
I thought I'd start of with something simple... For me.. If this is too hard please let me know and I'll start people off with the basics... Actually I think I will do a basic sheet as well as this one.

#1. Start w/ a basic circle. Any size will do. But remember!!!! the larger the circle the larger your head will be.
#2. Outline where you would like the features to be... such as face shape and lines to indicate where you would like the eyes and nose to be.
#3. Sketch out the eyes... Usually when I do this I also ad in the ears... it makes it easier to put them in position.
#4. I than add details to the eyes and ears.. also I add the neck... I usually do many things at a time.
#5. Hair... Usually I save this for last because sometimes it can be the most difficult thing. Plus this takes the longest to do.
#6. Once I get the hair done I trace everything with a Black Pen. I than erase the sketch lines... this smooths everything out for when you go to do shading.
#7. Detail the hair.
#8. Shade the face.
Remember you can do #7 or #8 in any order... if you feel more comfortable doing the body shading first. do so. Just do what is most comfortable for you.

Whoops... I forgot to do my eyes. >.< Oh, well. I was going to do a tutorial on those anyways.
