the amazing artist that should know better. seriously. I've watched this artist since I first started on DA. I've alway been amazed and awed with the art I see this person do.... but still.

The orphan works bill is still trying to pass. Booo!!! and it just might. *sad*

I say heck no! and let us keep our art! If "they" want it... they need to pay us for it. WATERMARK your work!! even if you think it'll make it ugly.. do it. by not doing so it's considered an "orphan" and means any of the big companies can take it and claim it as their own. That way if some moron takes your image and posts it on his/her website without crediting you, when A big company can't find you to ask permission to use it they can't just take it because your information is embedded on the image itself. and make it hard so that people can't erase it.
